Refund Policy

Live Plants/Kokedama

All live plants & kokedamas can only be returned if damaged during shipping.  To start a return process email us within 48 hours of receiving. If purchased at a market, fair, or show, all sales made in person are final sales & a refund will not be allowed. If you are having issues with the care or maintenance of your live product and/or kokedama, feel free to reach out to us for tips and tricks. 

Dried Products

If any of your dried flowers and/or Moss Art arrive damaged please reach out to us via email with photos attached. All shipments are tracked, and refunds will only be offered 72 hours post-delivery. 

Other Items

All shipments are tracked. A refund or replacement can occur for other purchases 1 week post-delivery. We do not cover stolen or missing packages. A refund request for damaged products must be accompanied with photos via email. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and your zip code is accurate.
